"We have been hesitant to try this restaurant because it appears to be a “fast food” place. However, we were sad we didn’t try it sooner! The man behind the counter was very helpful and gave us a good amount of information to guide us in our ordering process. We ended up taking it to-go due to time but it was done very quickly and exactly what we ordered. The shrimp burrito was delicious and tasted as good as a regular sushi roll. I think the flavors were unique and the breading on the shrimp was a perfect crunch within the sushi burrito. We were very surprised and plan to return!"

"Love it! I and the boy friend get food here every day of pay!!!! Must build a Ohio in Ashtabula, so we don't have to go all the way to mentor or erie! My only suggestion would be to turn the music a bit, it makes it difficult to order and talk to the guests you eat with."

"Went to another Chipotle around 6 pm and was told at the door that they had to close for an hour, no explanation, and to come back.We drove to this Chipotle location and was told they where open for online orders only.I think I'm done with Chipotle. Every time you go to one anymore they are either extremely short staffed or out of some big ingredient, or both."
