When entering the place, I felt displaced in the 70s – not over the “good old time” here! Very dark wood dominates the rustic guest room, which on the right side offers a glass front with the hoped lake view, but due to the bad weather there was little brightness in it, and the room pressed on me. The tables on the window were already occupied, and I looked around the service. On the left side of the long counter, a waiter was busy with the cashier and was not disturbed by me. Brav waited until he turned around. No smile, but at least a short reception. Where I could sit, I asked, and with a casual hand movement he showed on three tables in front of the counter. To bring it forward, I didn't like to sit there, because the woman behind the counter, which I tap on the boss, watched me with argus eyes all the time. Who likes that? It then also needed some lists to trick them while shooting. The waiter proved to be friendly throughout my visit, his smile could be beaten at and out at any time. For example, it worked very well with the regular, rather not with me. In the menu I found nothing seductive at the daily offers, for this at the standard dishes: Paglia e Fieno Salmone € 10.50 . I want them and an espresso macchiato € 2,40. The piece of cake was of considerable size and made clear. Now there is certainly not the ultimate Zuppa Romana recipe, but the interpretation of the cook showed some weaknesses: He had saved from the Sauerkirschen, which I had up to three! and they certainly hadn't seen a rum. Just as economical he was dealing with vanilla cream. Only a thin layer passed through the bisquit. You know, the vanilla is more than a taste. And the middle part was insufficiently softened so that the Zuppa lacked the typical juice. Only the beaten cream should have been sweetened calmly, wraps thick the cake. Let's say if I just ordered a piece of cake, then three stars would have jumped out. But if I expect as delicious as a Zuppa Romana, then there are only 2 stars for these poor relatives: For this, the espresso tasted me, which was very hot despite the small milk foam. Please! I paid and asked for the toilets. One floor has to climb over a steep staircase. While I did, there are other tables standing here. Didn't the dessert stand with € 4, in the map?
