"Called in for a drink on the way past Pantin and my wife had already warned me about the reviews. I said, “it can’t be that bad and the location is great, so let’s give it a try”. In fairness, the view is fantastic from the terrace BUT.... I have been coming to Galicia for years and was excited to try the place as Pantin is a favourite spot. I am used to he Galician people being genuinely warm and friendly (my wife is a Gallega! so l am reeling from the arrogance and attitude of the staff that served us. They seemed to think they were doing us a favour and when the Cristiano Ronaldo wannabe finally came over to take our order he looked seriously annoyed that we were there and he actually had to do something. Even though the place was almost empty it took 10 minutes to get his attention to get a second drink (he was too busy preening and when we asked for the bill it was just thrown on the table without so much as a thank you. The same when another waiter came to take the money. This is a real shame as the potential is incredible. Hopefully they get some new staff soon."
