"I went in here for breakfast when my flight was delayed last week. The woman working there was so rude to me! First she told me off for selecting a cardboard cup. Then she took it upon herself to remove my teabag while I was still making my tea. The tea was so weak I asked for another teabag. OK bad me, I took it without using the tongs provided but carefully so I only touched the teabag I was taking. She told me off, saying all the teabags were now touched and dirty. All this said rudely but with a big sarcastic smile. I felt persecuted, I abandoned my breakfast and said I think I’ll go somewhere else to which she replied “do”."
