"It is clean. Food is good. But the wash area is absolutely bad. Especially towards the afternoon. The stench of the lav is so bad that you are likely to throw up. All the good food and the excellent service will not get me back to the restaurant."

"Swad Taste its only in the name. poor service . Dont complain about service or Food they will not accept any thing. They will litterly say especially the owner Venamangil thinna mathi. Before having food ask them what are their rules and conditions . ex . if we go to any other hotels and ask for a parcel of Vada they will provide chutney by default. But this hotel its not the case , ie if we deny the parcel they will give chutney. ......"

"The food was average. So was the ambience. The staff were indifferent. The only silver lining is that it's cheap and they are the only hotel open on Sundays in the area. Edit: A friend misplaced an umbrella in the restaurant. When we went back to get it the management demanded a fee to look for it, stating inconvenience on their part. Never got back the umbrella. Terrible customer service !!"

"One of the best family restaurant in the area. Been there twice and had kanthari chicken both times and it tasted entirely different. The first time it was moderately spicy and we loved it. Guess they spiced it up way too much. All the other dishes we tried were good and loved the ambience and service as well. Loved the black tea."

"Good thing about this restaurant is the big parking space right in front of it. A typical Tamil/South India vegetarian cuisine provider, food here is good though the menu has limited options. But the price factor is on the higher side. I guess it has to do with the usual trend for such stops where you get the bulk tourist / wayfarers dine-in and not regular customers.It's right on the NH bank, just before reaching Parur Junction on the way to Aluva, from Airport.Off late, I have found many alternatives for this close by the same place."
