"I ask for a hamburger particularly without pork, been waiting for 30 minutes just to get the dish with pork, later they argue with me and told me I didn’t ask for it, really bad treatment. Very disappointed"

"Outstanding hotel, in every single way. We are amazed at the experience we had! Structure: the hotel is quite new and made of wood and glass, with big windows that let the light in and give a great panoramic view of the lake and mountains. There's a common area with a chimney and sofa with this view, it's perfect to read a book. Food: they offer several meals, starting with a delicious breakfast. Their model is having a menu with wide variety of options (sweet or savoury waffle, yogurt with granola and fruit, scrambled eggs, scones, sandwich assortment, coffee, tea, smoothies... so you can order and repeat as much as you want. There's always a special of the day as well. I found it a genius way to try out different plates and waste less food than your usual buffets! Plus the chef is just amazing, everything is so tasty. They also offer an afternoon snack with tea, sweets and savoury food, plus pie. They also offered dinner but we didn't have a chance to try it, but I'm sure it is lovely! Rooms: very clean with amazing view on the garden and lake. Personnel: everyone is so so kind, and willing to accommodate times of breakfast and check out in case of need. Garden: there's a little beach on the lake, where you can set off with the hotel's Kayak for some sport, or just sit on the chairs to enjoy the fresh air and the company of some ducks. Location: very tranquil spot, close to all the best locations such as circuito chico, colonia suiza, puerto pañuelo. I'd recommend renting a car. Price: very good and fair! This was an excellent stay and we couldn't recommend it enough."

"I don't recommend this place at all. lousy attention, expensive dishes for what they really are. The letter says a bife's eye or chorizo bife and they bring you a churrasco of less than an inch thick. salad dressings with a horrible taste. They brought us an uncovered entrance at the table, one of the dishes had a hair, and I could follow. One of the mozos does not know that it is mandatory to deliver invoice. So he went to ask if they had a good-thank you book. if they are enabled by municipal ordinance, they should have one. I wouldn't come back or recommend. Being owner of these situations should go out to face and not leave your staff who are not only not trained but who are not able to treat their clients."
