"I wanted to pay to add extra mozzarella to my calzone. The waiter refused to request it as it wasn't possible. It made me think it might come as a frozen dish. The dough tasted differently as well to what I was used to. I think I am going off pizza express, sadly not the service/quality it used to be."

"Great restaurant. we came shortly after lunch, so it was quieter. from the view from the outside this place is small, but what is not known is that it has a very clever and well designed seating opportunity. the back area during the quiet times is ideal for young family. the personal was very attentive and was quick to use children's menu and colour pencils for them. as it was after lunch, eating quickly came and was at the right temperature for the children. the adult food was perfect. an outstanding mention of the employee I believe her name is brandowa. she made the children really comfortable and really did well. we were less impressed by another employee when she seemed loud and pretty worrying, I felt for the tourist bundle she had. a great experience. bier was great!"

"First time try for Valentine’s Day. We arrived around 3 and the restaurant was empty. We were directly welcomed by a really nice and joyful waitress. The menu is really easy to understand! We ordered drinks, starters, pizzas and desert. The quality of the food is amazing. The pizzas are hot, fresh, light and full of cheese, salad, vegetables… there’s nice music and clean surroundings. Again, the waitress was really nice and helpful. We felt really comfortable and not rushed at all. The only thing would be the price, which is a bit high up, but can be justified by these beautiful and tasty pizzas. 100% recommend!!!!"

"Ordered 2 large pizzas from Tops Pizza Acton. Pizzas were dry and tasteless Not like the usual Tops Pizzas which I order often. When I called Tops I was told that they “ran out of cheese”, “sorry madam there’s nothing I can do, that’s your problem “spoke to a very rude man who refused to give me his name “ to protect his privacy”."

"We were so lucky to be able to visit Pizza Express restaurant in Brent Cross last month. We are year 3 children and have never been on experience like being able to make a pizza. Manager Natalia, waitress Amy and 'top chef ' this is how we call the chef Ian were so great at teaching us where the pizza comes from, what ingredients we need to make a pizza, how to make it and what it needs to be done to cook it. We have learnt so many life skills in your restaurants and we will be making our own pizza at school now or home. The staff was very welcome, happy to have us, delightful with everything we did and teaching us a lot of very important skills and knowledge about pizzas. For such a young children coming out of difficult time like pandemic and learning from home it was just uncountable experience. You are so lucky to employ such a dedicated, wise and professional people in your restaurant. Thank you very much again Natalia, Amy, Ian you just brighten our day and the pizza was very delicious. See you again soon!"

"Came here for lunch as it is very close to Madame Tussauds, which we were visiting. Not particularly busy, and could get a table at midday easily enough, indeed they had a whole other floor downstairs not in use, so capacity not a problem. Service was efficient, friendly in a stern kind of way, but perfectly acceptable. Food seemed a little expensive (maybe the location) but was very tasty and well received. Would have no problem coming back here if in the area."
