"I have never had a bad experience with this location before, but there was so much sauce on my pizza that I couldn't even taste the toppings. I couldn't eat more than 1 slice. I don't know if they changed the recipe of the garlic white sauce or what. Itwas so strong and so heavily applied that it was almost inedible. Very disappointing."

"Update for 2021, store going down hill. Insects in salad, no deliveries after ordering online. They refunded both of orders but only one has shown refunded on my account the second one is showing I was charged and not refunded. I'm not sure after today Oct 30th 2020 they will be getting my business anymore! So basically we ordered on October 29th 2020 in the parking lot through the app and they did not tell us that they were out of grilled chicken for the salad. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and two calzones. My wife call today and told them about the salad not having grilled chicken which we paid for and they told her that they tried to call last night and we never received a call as we were in the parking lot of Marcos. She also told them about the calzones being burnt as you can see in the picture they were extremely burnt. They told her that there was something wrong with their oven and that it is not cooking right so it's either put it in half way and it be doughy or put it in normal and it be burnt. If something is wrong with their oven why are they cooking with it? My wife said they were extremely rude and what I demand is a apology from the owner or the general manager and I would like for this order to be replaced correctly with the salad having grilled chicken which we pay for by the way and our two calzones cooked right and not burnt. Just know that I am just not another person complaining and trying to get free food. I have over 7 million views on my photos on google maps. I leave reviews all the time and I update all the time. I would not take your sweet time responding to me! Officially right now you have lost my business! Update: They replaced the salad! But not the calzones... Not going back.. I'll just buy pizza's from Wal-Mart and cook them myself, at least I won't burn it!"

"On a Saturday afternoon we ordered $55.00 pizza and cheese sticks. Online ordering said 30 to 40 minutes pickup time. The staff has no control over it... after 40 minutes and the order was not ready. The staff was clearly stressed, but the composures maintained. Cashier was very apologetic that it would be a few minutes before my order. Meanwhile the place was filled with not so happy customers. Most of them had only blunt eyes on their faces, but one could see that nobody was happy. The staff continued to work hard to get orders in the oven and treated every customer very well, despite complaints that they did not control. Pizzas were perfectly cooked and thrown on additional sides for our inconvenience. I didn't even hear anyone complaining about the staff because they were overwhelmed. Will hear again, but maybe not at the top weekend."
