"Wow! If I couldn't give stars, I would do that! Just leave this facility and order 2 Tripe Combos. Will be home (knowing I should? ve reviewed my food) and the trip was so hard with only literally crust that I was able to crack it in my hand!!! I'll get my money back, the cashier says the cook and he keeps saying? They asked about him crispy so that?s how it is and they expect a lot!? I never remember asking for crispy when trip is cooked properly, it will be crispy of course. So she tells him he has to give me my money out of his pocket, he does it and then gives me the money and says? Thank you? No? I'm sorry! No sympathy, just rude for a business! I left BAD! Many of our black companies need customer service training, it's terrible!"
