"I ordered a Pizza and Cinnamon Sticks. Right when I opened the pizza box to the first pizza it looked absolutely inedible. Burnt, So much sauce and a thin layer of cheese. So I called and they asked if I’d like to be refunded or another pizza. Well since we would still like something to eat after waiting an hour for the first pizza we asked for another, she told me it would take awhile and I didn’t mind. When the second pizza got here the delivery driver said “she told me to let you know this is the least we could cook the pizza” WHAT?! I just wanted a normal pizza, not undercooked or overcooked. Usually their pizza is great. The second pizza wasn’t burnt but so horrible. Caked in sauce and no cheese. I’m so disappointed because this is usually my favorite pizza place and I have never had a single complaint about their service. After tonight I’m not sure I’ll order from here anymore."

"Pizza was horrible. Always is at this location. Don’t even know why we try it again. Hardly any toppings, missing toppings and mostly just bread. The breadstick seemed like they have been sitting out forever. This location gets worse and worse every time."

"Did an online order close to closing time. Food arrived and was a bit cooler than expected. We ate dinner but now are suffering from food poisoning. All of us who ate the pizza are sick to our stomachs and throwing up. Those in my home that did not eat the pizza are just fine. I would be careful about ordering pizza close to closing time because it seems as if that is when staff is the most careless about food safety."

"Pizza was good. I don't mind paying the pizza price because it's a free space for my son to play. I will be back again. Jungle gym was so fun! Not that clean but didn't drive me away. Every kids place has its ups and downs. Thats what you get when you go outside your house..dirt and germs. Yup, its to be expected. I am looking forward for this place to get updated though."

"If you’re in a hurry….may I suggest somewhere else! Phoned in. Placed order. Told 17 minutes. Got there, they said 15 minutes more if not done then give them another 5-10 minutes! If they’d have just said 30-35 minutes originally I would’ve had no problem. Pretty pathetic!"
