"Went for the Veterans lunch. Wasn't crowded but was told it'd be 15 minutes so I went to sit at the bar as there was only one person there. Nobody came to ask me anything til after all the people that were waiting had been sat. My food came. No ketchupor mustard. Nobody came to check on me. After at least 5 minutes and being passed numerous times I asked the waitress/bartenderfor some condiments. Then when I was done had to wait at least ten more minutes and finally had to ask for my check. Plus thebar was dirty and filled with previous customers empty glasses. The last time I go to that Chilli's."

"This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever experienced. Like all the other reviews the food was so old and dry and not warm. Portions were also stingy and the people working were just as cold and dry as the food they served. Will go out of my way to avoid this location. Food was also so salty it was barely edible."

"Well, I drove by this restaurant many times in the past and many more near future. I know this is Americanized Mexican restaurant, and wouldn't comparing with truly Mexican restaurant. But I would love to gave it a try, so I ordered the steak bowl for carryout. The tables seem very clean and friendly staffs. The flavor of steak was great, salad and salsa were fresh. However, the rice were undercook and you can feel a bit crunchy while eating the rice. . I would love to give a 4 stars if the rice was cook right. I am more than happy to revisit this restaurant again near future."
