"My host took me to lunch at Linde for some authentic Swiss food. The food was really very good. I felt like someone's grandmother was cooking in back just for me. The staff was very friendly. The menus were in German so our hosts needed to interpret for us. We had 7 people and all enjoyed their meals and soups. Highly recommend and may look to stay at the hotel the next time I am in the area."

So wie beschrieben hat sich das ganze absolut nicht zugetragen! Jedes Haus hat seine Regeln, denen jeder Gast folge zu leisten hat. Wenn ein Rauchverbot nicht eingehalten wird und so mies mit dem Personal umgegangen wird bis der Chef eingreifen muss, ist man absolut selber schuld wenn man, sachlich aber im härteren Ton darauf hingewiesen wird! Das ganze dann so zu verdrehen und Herrn Wanner so hinzustellen, ist schlicht eine Frechheit! Die meisten von uns rauchten auch aber halt da wo man darf und nicht, auf den teuren Loungemöbeln, wo es verständlicherweise nicht gestattet ist! Wer möchte schon Brandlöcher in solch coolen Möbeln, ich bin sicher, Keiner!!!"
