"If you 're looking for decent sushi, this restaurant is worth considering, but unfortunately, the service leaves something to be desired. Whenever I call to place an order, I feel like I 'm interrupting the staff 's day, as they answer the phone with an abrupt what do you want. As I was placing my order, the employee seemed to be in a hurry, rushing me through the process. It 's disappointing because I appreciate good customer service, and I feel like I don’t get that here."

"Very disappointed by the lack of respect and professionalism from the male waiter when picking up my order. My name was misspelled on the receipt and he acted like I was there to steal $15 worth of sushi. I entered the restaurant and told them my name and spelled it, he asked for it again. I repeated. I showed my confirmation receipt from their website which he acknowledged that was the same order number but refused to show me the receipt because of the name. He scrolled through my phone himself and confirmed it was the same order. Once he finally let me look at the receipt I realized MY FULL CORRECT NAME WAS IN THE EMAIL RIGHT NEXT TO THE NAME HE WAS SO CONCERNED ABOUT. The whole time my order is the only one on the bench with my correct name on the email. Absolutely disrespectful, this restaurant needs to do better."

"Have been ordering from this place through GrubHub for over a month now. Their food is always fresh, delicious, and never have any issues with my orders! I am super glad this place opened up so close to the house. My favorite new Japanese restaurant! My experience today at Ninja Sushi was great! They are Byob for liquor but not non-alcholic drinks; the hostess/waiter was very nice in letting us know and was even willing to buy me a juice out of their inventory! This place has the best customer service I've ever experienced :"

"It was our first time there and my first all you eat sushi. The portions were perfect size so I didn't fill up on one thing. I got to try a variety of things. Jerry was very helpful and explained the rolls and what we can get. Plum wine was not too sweet perfect!! This will be our new spot."

"Randomly went here with a friend and really enjoyed ourselves! Sushi was very good and had some unique specialty rolls. Only advice I'd give is a lot of the specialty rolls were tempura, which is delicious, but try to have more variety.In addition to the good food and service, they also have a robot! It delivers the sushi to the table for you, as well as plays some charming music."
