"Arrived after 3pm so too late for all day breakfast but the food and coffee I had was good. They stayed open a bit longer than 4pm as many customers still calling in. Would be great to see an express team on the coffee machines around peak hour in morning for the train customers."

"As locals, we have ordered pizzas from Cristinas many times before. The quality and service is usually good, however our experience last night unfortunately has put an end to us ever ordering from them again. We ordered a family pizza, a small pizza, garlic bread and a bottle of drink (not a large order) for home delivery and were told the usual, it will be delivered within the hour. At 1 hour and 15 minutes we called and were told it will be delivered soon. ‘Soon’ however, was 45 minutes later. During this time we tried calling many times but the phone line was continuously engaged. Our assumption is this was done to avoid having to take any more orders due to not being able to satisfy the demand, but all the while frustrating customers who are seeking clarification as to when their food will be delivered. Whilst we were making other plans for dinner and literally in the car to grab something else, the delivery driver turns up, 2 hours after the order was placed! Obviously not the delivery drivers fault. The pizzas were not good, for example the supreme was missing half the toppings. They obviously just forgot to put them on or ran out and tried to cover it up by placing a mushroom farm on top. If they’re not able to deliver within the hour then they should be giving customers the option by advising them it will be longer than an hour and if they would prefer to pick up. At the very least, give customers a call to advise them there is a delay, don’t take the phone off the hook. How about offering some form of compensation? All in all, a terrible experience."

"Order the Tandoori pizza tonight. after 50 minutes waiting time a wrong pizza was delivered. they gave me chili pepperoni pizza. I called them and they said it takes another 50 minutes to deliver their right pizza. this was the first time I order pizza to this place and it will be the last time. I don't recommend them at all. I'm dinner tonight at 10 o'clock."
