"My folks have loved this place for years. I have been there a few times and I have never had a single bite that was anything but wonderful. If you like Italian food you will love this place! Their sauces are homemade deliciousness lol. Their other offerings are equally good and you cant go wrong with the hand breaded Canadian Walleye. It is huge and according to my Dad it is wonderful. I have had sandwiches and soups and salads and sides and appetizers and entrees and everything is always consistently excellent fare. It's a family run local place that has been around a long time and for good reason. The service is quick and friendly and you can tell they know a lot of their customers. Lol when my folks walked in the door today they were greeted by name so that says something too. Great casual restaurant with great food. If you're in Lima give em a try. You wont regret it!"

"You have to try this place, their jumbo Tenderloin and Fries are so good and when you see the size, I dare you to eat it all while you are there, we always have a take home meal, the cheese sticks are HUGE one order of 4 will satisfy 4 people and the fries are crispy and very tasty! "Lima Ohio is very limited to vegan options, in fact there are no vegan only restaurants. I was looking for a smoothie and happened to Google smoothie near Lima and stumbled on Dash Joey 's. I was thrilled with her menu and went there twice while I was in town. We tried the princess bride and the Legally blond with almond milk. They have replaced without problems. The staff was nice and they hadn't heard about Happy Cow, so I let them know so they could get a few more customers. I'm glad they took my advice!"

"Our waiter was very friendly, but didn't really know much about the food items on the menu. the menu said the rice was not vegetarian, but the beans were. the waiter thought it was the opposite. the options for vegans are very limited – beans, salat, salsas, guacamole. the ingredients were fresh. we were extra calculated because we are 2 types of beans (instead of beans and meat, but we protested and we are not extra charged. Anyway, probably not back."
