"If I could give this business less then one star I would. This business is incredibly unprofessional, I ordered a custom cake from them with pineapple and strawberry filling from them days in advance and when the day came the cake did not have any filling but I was charged handsomely for it. Additionally the cake was suppose to be rum cake which it was neither. My mom who ordered it was severely upset and contacted the man who is the owner about the incident which he responded with oh we forgot I'll give you 10$ because that's how much we charged for filling he also excused himself by stating that the business staff stayed up to 3 am making cakes and that he had told someone to let us know that their was no filling- this to be was incredibly Unprofessional one because it is a business and this an order this was not a last minute order it is not MY mistake if you had too many orders and oils Not properly for fill your order out rate additionally, we were not told of this mistake and only found out when we cut the cake at my birthday party and neither were we going to be compensated for the businesses mistake if we had no spoken to the owner. When my mom called the man yelled at her and became angry on the phone, she told him that she would be over to collect the credit which he stated was 10$ for the filling of a two tier cake. There is absolutely no way that was correct therefore I called and when I asked about the filing for a two tier cake he stated it was 35$ that's a 25$ difference for the same 75 people. He also became enraged with me in the phone and told me that it was do to the amount of people which I clarified was incorrect because it was for the same amount of people. I attempted to explain to him that this was unjust and it was very fresh of him and unprofessional of them to sell me a cake that had faults and then not take accountability for it until we came to speak to them. I don't know how many more people they have done this to but this is not a good business situation and differently needs to be investigated therefore I have reported them to the better business bureau for further assessment. I originally choose this bakery because of all the great reviews and their beautiful cake designs but I am SO INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED."
When the weather conditions is nice you can also be served outside, And into the accessible spaces also come guests with wheelchairs or physiological limitations. WiFi is available free of charge.

"This is another review much overdue but I have been a long time fan of Odaly's since it?s one of the best Cuban diners/hidden gems in Miami! First off, I love the croquetas here that are significantly better than other local spots in the area. Order them and try them, you?ll see exactly what I mean. They?re are much creamier than most and I love the breading they use for them. If you?re a croqueta lover like me then you won?t mind having a couple croquetas and then ordering yourself a CROQUETA BURGER. That?s right! I had never seen one on a menu before so knew I had to try it, and yes, it lives up to all the glorious expectations you have. For the great price of $5 its served on a toasty bun with a house mayo sauce and papitas fritas all complimenting the large croqueta patty. The patty?s exterior was nice and crispy but the middle wasn?t at al too soft or mushy like you might expect. I would definitely recommend trying it especially since I have no idea who else is making this genius idea! I also came on Ox Tail day which is always a personal favorite so had to order that. Served Cuban style with green olives and red peppers, it was delicious! The perfect amount of saltiness and fattiness in the juice that I ate alongside my rice. Eating it really made me think it?d taste exactly as it would if I ordered it in Cuban the crazy thoughts I think while eating, but it was that good. The ox tail came with two sides so I had moros (mixed rice and black beans) and tostones (fried plantains). The tostones were wonderful and larger than my hand which was a nice side. The only thing that lacked in my meal was the moros which were way too dry for my taste and a bit grainy, maybe I just caught them on a bad day for that one. Definitely, won?t stop me from being a customer here especially since the customer service here is always so friendly and everyone makes you feel like family. Love that, love them, definitely worth checking out!"

"The staff at Vicky’s lights up my day like nothing else! As soon as you walk in, you feel the positive, cafetera-fume-filled, aura of the best coffee shop in Westchester. The scenery on the indoor and outdoor area of Vickys is a must see. Their pastelitos are always at the right temperature, have the right texture, and overall amazing. Vicky’s and their staff is a MUST-ATTEND on Miami’s beautiful FIU campus."

"The Balcony is great, hosting both indoor seating in the cafe and outdoor seating with trees and a fountain. It's a peaceful oasis in an otherwise busy area of town. I enjoyed my hot chocolate (one of the better out there in FL) along with self-serve water, flavored with berries and citrus. The free parking is a nice touch. What a great place to relax and work!"
