"My friend and I arrived from the South of Carreterra Austral, which we had been on for over 2 weeks, and arrived in Coyhaique the morning after another bus ride. As some of you might know, good and healthy food that has been prepared with TLC, is very sparse in the southern parts of Chile. This lovely establishment popped up in our search on Google and I'd like for other people to find this place even easier, because of the following reasons: Real, good coffee Amazing food, from salads, pancakes, bowls to desserts such as creme brulee Great ambiance (wood burner, good music, friendly people) Needless to say, we went there once for breakfast and twice for lunch during our two day stay. We also spoke to the owner, Philipe, who welcomed us heartily and told us his story, about how he brought his love for cuisine from France, all the way to Coyhaique. And you can really feel the passion in everything they do there. Best food in Chile yet! Thanks guys."
