"Chipotle is one of my go-to favourite?s and the food did not disappoint. Unfortunately every single table in the dining room was a mess. I told the counter person that seemed to be in the lead and she ignored my comment. Leaving the mess even after the customers were gone. I?ve owned restaurants, this is clearly a management issue and not a lack of employees. After getting off her lunch break, an employee went out and changed the garbage bags, only to leave the tables a mess! Including the table she had left messy, smh. Cleaning the tables for guests is a 90 second operation. You just have to care."

"I want to come to defend this restaurant that has read some of the reviews. I've been here almost a dozen times. I usually dine during the happy hour. Your frozen margararitas are delicious! The food is abundant and well prepared. I never had a bad meal or a bad service. It is a small family business, so if they are busy, I can understand how it could be in cleaned tables or some waiting time. I didn't see anything, but even if I did, I would tolerate it because the food is so good. Please try."

"We went at 545 pm. All the meat was out or at the bottom of the container. It had clearly been sitting there for awhile! Some of it had a dark brown crust over it. When I asked how long it had been sitting out, the manager on duty reported that it had all been sitting out for hours. There was no new meat cooking. So I asked for chips and queso, where the manager scraped the sides of the queso container since there wasn?t any left and put it into a container. It was hard and brown. I said If you?re going to charge me for that, I do not want it. She threw it directly into the garbage. I asked for the name of the general manager. They were not accommodating or did not offer a discount for food that had been sitting out. The salsa was near the bottom of the container as well. Why pay full price for food when they admitted it had been sitting out. It wasn?t fresh. I will not return."

"Cafe Rio is reliable to make good food for a catered occasion and give a nice presentation. We made a catering order to pick up at 11am on Saturday. It was ready on time. Carmen helped me carry the order to my car. She was kind and friendly. The food as before was delicious. We were glad for the left overs the next day. The food containers and serving utensils and were quality enough to serve from. Cafe Rio is a easy decision for catering needs."
