"Loved it! I'm so happy to have great, authentic Mexican food in the east end. I went in here on a whim and was not disappointed. I got the chorizo and chicken tinga tacos and a horchatta to cool the spice afterwards. The chicken tacos were the winners but both tasted fantastic! If you're in the east end you gotta try this place"

"First my husband got a veggie burrito <br/ (big) and couldn't stop admiring it. Next time we both ordered the same and I wasn't let down. It's probably the only place in Toronto that offers so many vegetarian toppings that too warmed up. I don't favour the chilled and raw toppings of other joints. Our big burritos started with beans and ended with hot sauce. In between came the rice, cheese, noodles, cilantro, green onions, jalapeño, salsa, guacamole, lettuce, burrito sauce, sour cream. Phew! It was a delightful treat. I have to try the Little burrito now."

"Hopper Hut has a Sri Lankan menu, prepared in a homemade style. With some guidance from the waitress, we ordered chicken lampries (rice with meat and a boiled egg, inside a banana leaf, arriving at the table inside a paper bag. We also ordered string hoppers (rice noodles) with mutton curry, that came with a yellow broth (said to go over the noodles) and sambal (chilis and coconut). For an appetizer, we ordered a mutton roti (which could be a meal in itself). Since we were looking for mild spiciness, the waitress advised us against the beef curries. For drinks, I got a SriLankan Delight Nelli Crush (which tasted like a cream soda), and my friend ordered a mango lassi (when he thought the food was getting spicy). <br/ <br/ The meal was an adventure. These dishes were distinctly different from Indian cuisine (which is geographically nearby). Our request for mild spiciness was mostly satisfied, with a few occasional tingles on the back of the throat that would lead to a cough. The meal could be described a hearty and filling. I may have taken home half of the food that we ordered. <br/ <br/ The Sri Lankan menu could benefit from a dictionary for the uninformed (as we were, on a lunch meeting rerouted from a Malaysian venue that was closed). We arrived about 3 p.m. on a Friday afternoon, so we had the who restaurant to ourselves. <br/ <br/ The restaurant is located at the northwest corner of a strip mall plaza, at the northwest corner of Ellesmere Road and Kennedy Road. There's ample parking around the strip mall, and presumably most people would drive, although the adventurous might take the 5 minute walk from the Ellesmere TTC station to the east. The rest of the strip mall complex is rather run down, with empty storefronts, so destination diners will probably want to enter the driveway on Ellesmere Road and drive north towards the back. The storefront has a long takeout counter, with a doorway to the left that leads to the hidden diningroom behind."

"One of the best pad thai I’ve had . Some restaurants tend to have less tofu , chicken and sauce.But,Jatujak has good flavour and portioning .Khao soi was good as well.Don’t forget to order thai ice tea with your meal.Definitely will come back."

"Took my partner here for his birthday and we had a great experience! The hummus was delicious, the samosas were good. Both mine and my partner's main course was wonderful. I had the tandoori chicken wrap and he had the beef dish. The Panna cotta (best I've had) and carrot cake were perfect. Our waiter was also incredible. Thanks for a great experience."

"This is my go to Vietnamese restaurant. It’s hard to find a spot that makes a good bun cari ga (vermicelli chicken curry soup), but this place delivers on taste. I suggest asking for fresh cabbage on the side to add into the soup, it’s top tier. Not pictured, but I always order, grilled pork with rice spring rolls. Staff is very kind as well. I waited a short time for my pickup order to be ready the man at the front desk pulled a chair out for me and offered me to sit. 5 easy stars all around. Don’t sleep on this place! 5/5"

"It was drizilling and good Friday too.<br/ We decided to eat out. I was badly craving for butter chicken and some roti.<br/ We ordered some tandoori, butter chicken, mutter paneer, garlic Nan's.<br/ <br/ I finally got my taste buds satisfied.<br/ The butter chicken was awesome and tye garlic nans too.<br/ Mutter paneer was also good. Tandoori felt some what bland in taste.<br/ <br/ The bill was happy on pocket not much."
