"The sushi is always high quality and has never disappointed, texture is excellent and the portion size is also reasonable for the dish and price. I prefer to come here when eating sushi. However I have had some issues with picking up my order. It is a bit crowded inside so I order to go and pick up myself, no 3rd party involved. It has been a couple times now that my order was much later than expected and I was not called when it was ready, I had to hassle the servers about it- being in service industry myself I really dislike doing this but my plate of raw fish was beginning to warm by the time I found it. It is probably best to dine in here, I noticed a large amount of door dash bags stacking up at my last visit. I think they do not have capacity to handle so many take out orders, sadly. I would order well ahead of time and expect a bit of trouble getting your plate, or just settle for dine in to avoid this issue."

"One of the last great sushi spots in Downey left in my opinion. Always taste fresh, orders come out fast and our server is so sweet and attentive. I ordered the vegetable tempura, one of my pieces fell out and she replaced my order without me having to say anything. My kids love sushi and ordered the sushi burrito, they love it! Vibe is nice, we watched some college football while having our lunch. We left happy."

"A friend originally recommended this place to me and I like it here. Food is good, vibe is chill and its cool. My favorite things to order, as of now, are the oysters, micheladas, quesito de camaron and the aguachiles en navolato. I have tried there sushi twice, but I am not a fan of mexican sushi in general so... pass. Indoor and outdoor dining are available, keep in mind that Dulce Cravings is also located inside through Paramount Blvd entrance. So go on the side, someone will sit you and bring out some complimentary fried wontons chips and sauce. Service has been good almost every time we have gone, I have really had no problems, honestly. Parking is located in the back, again, no problem. Check it out if you're in the area."
In pleasant weather you can even eat and drink in the outdoor area.

"This place used to be good. I order food here a few times, and they get it wrong every time. I ordered off the online menu, but their menu isn't updated, so your order won't be correct. Please update your online menu to reflect the correct items. Chicken has no taste, and beef is very stringy. My food wasn't hot, it was a pile of rice with meat. I ended up throwing out. I won't eat here anymore. The owner is nice, but they need to better prepare food and staff not helpful. The lady that answers the phone doesn't talk English, so the order is wrong. So sad! I really wanted to like this place ?"
