"I have only ever delivered or they've been driving here mostly. I am regular and order about 1-2x per month or more. that is a consistent problem in online ordering, strangely, the donuts. the donuts of order will be either completely missing (even if it is half dozens or they will be completely different than what was ordered. if I order this online, I just say I will probably not really be this, but hey, it's a try worth drinks, hot sandwiches and other side dishes are never missing in comparison! it's always just the donuts. it even happened on the thru running gear more than once, so we are now in the habit to check the bag then and there before we leave. to be honest, it doesn't bother me too much scrub stroke is easy with the refunds, so it is what it is. it is only bizarre for a place that is literally donut based to forget the main part of the order so often. that means the quality is always good and I like to come here to order personally on Sunday to have breakfast in the park on the road. the workers there are always friendly and friendly, I give them that. many months ago our donuts were missing as usual, so we had to go back and the kerl gave us an additional donut as an excuse. I wish I could remember his names, because the THAT gesture is what good customer service is about."
