"This was my first time here and the staff and service were so friendly! Skip over Chipotle and come here instead!!! There’s no extra charge for queso or guac and supporting small businesses is always better! Since it was my first time here, I got some candy and a key chain. They also give you a tiny pack of gum with your meal. The burrito was delicious and I loved their special hot sauce. I will definitely come back here when I’m craving a burrito and will never go to Chipotle in Charlotte again!"

"Undercover Boss Look no further! First and foremost, God bless the workers here. They are understaffed and this is likely the busiest Chipotle in Charlotte. They FREQUENTLY lock the doors and post signs with Online orders only (And yes this includes weekday lunch time! . You go back to your car and order online. Then go back up to the door and a worker comes and asks your name. You wait 20 minutes and then they come back with your order. You get home and your order looks like a newborn 's portion of Chipotle (if they ate solids . I 'm talking 5 pieces of chicken and 10 kernels of corn. The option to order chips is unavailable . If you order guacamole, it 's not going to be filled all the way. Not worthy of any of your money or time driving there by any means. I drove BACK up to this Chipotle and tried to get a refund at the door and they told me I had a do an online (another process to get my money back. I asked if they could remake it and they allowed me inside the store. If you peek to the side serving area, everyone 's bowls are skimpy and anyone who has ordered is going to be pissed off. They remade my bowl, and I combined the toppings from the first one and new one. I feel so bad for the workers, they clearly are being failed by management. The lovely lady with the long red braid that allowed me to get my bowl re made was very helpful. Other than that, avoid this place..."

"Love chipotle and I go to many locations weekly. Usually consistent from location to location. This one is an exception. First few times I noticed things were a little off but figured it was just employees having a bad day. Unfortunately, every time I?ve come to this location they?re consistent on bad body language and consumer service. Never warm greetings or smile. Definitely will avoid this location going forward. It?s a shame due to its amazing location."
