"Actually, 3.5 stars would be right for me. More than Okay but by no means almost perfect. The view is magnificent, the food fits like that. The church should be seen in any case and sorry in the souvenir shop I was never (I would not even come to this idea). Who the hustle and bustle is too big can simply march on the holy mountain in winter, there is no way to go (except in Advent) and there it is also nicer and Bavarian in the economy. The monastery inn is open from 10.00 23.00 (from November to March). Tuesday's rest day. The Bräustüberl is open all year round from 10 am to 8 pm. The monastery shop is open from Monday to Friday: 10.00 17.30 and on Saturday and Sunday: 10.00 18.30."

"Excellent food and service. Was able to sit outside on the veranda and not on a table on the lake side was clear to see lake from where we sat. Service was polite and efficient. "We stopped here before we went to Munich for lunch. The place is really cozy, tactical and modern at the same time. The Bavarian food was amazing, we had the dumpling soup, veg sparrow and beef carrè with potatoes. The staff was very nice! I recommend it and def will stop here again."
