"The worst. this place is an absolute nightmare. ordered the deluxe pizza ' no mushrooms (this twice specified), frits, hot wing side of blue cheese and honey sniff. He said it was about minutes. drove there to find it only, he cooked a small instead of a large, had to wait for more minutes. he picked up the command he forgot the honey scab. take the honey and went on my way. So I came to home in a few minutes, the pommes and wings were hardly warm and soggy. the pizza was hot, but had mushrooms after he had told him twice NO pill. feathered up I cried and told him all that it was unacceptable and disgusting. he said he could make another pizza. I refused, demanded a refund and I went back to the dingy spot again. I fought to eat and gave him the debit card I paid for. the unprofessional minor, with crumbling of food hanging on his face, says that he refunds WON"T the money and that eating on the bill back to me. Seriously!? I asked the owner to speak, who of course was not available. I told him I would call the W.Warwick police. I couldn't believe I had to call the bulls about it. but I did, and they couldn't interfere because it's a small contest. So I went without eating, a bad mood and a wasted hour. I would say it could be just this special worker who made this a terrible experience, but if the owner is stupid enough to rent someone this stature, then that's just bad. the place looked dirty and smells like a cellar. that's all!"

"This was our first time ordering from BJ's. The food was wonderful. We had the Crispy Calamari appetizer, Classic Prime Rib Dip Sandwich, and a large Barbeque Chicken Pizza. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend the food. Our surprise, however, was the total for delivery. Door Dash delivered, and the driver did a really good job getting our food to us quickly and still warm. There was a delivery fee, a delivery charge, and a tip for the driver. I don't know if the delivery fee and/or delivery charge go to the restaurant or to Door Dash or both. The total for that was $15.63. That was more than I had expected. I didn't see information about those charges until my order online was completed. I would just liked to have known ahead about the charges. My order was placed through the restaurant's website. So in the future, I will do pickup, not delivery. The food was great, though, and that's what this review is about. Just be prepared if you choose delivery."
