"Seriously writing this review out of the fact that Jon saved the day. I ordered my drinks to the wrong Starbucks and he saw my receipt and made the drinks for me. He saved me a trip halfway across town to have to get the other drinks. This staff is always amazing and always gracious. Thank you again!!!!"

"Worst Dunkin location I've ever been to. Been a total of 2 times. The first time I walked in, I stood in line behind several people waiting to be served. About 10 minutes goes by with no acknowledgement from staff. Finally someone spoke up and the lady there informed everyone that the lobby is closed and is currently drive-thru only. Why leave the door unlocked and have people waiting in line with no signage that the lobby is closed? Waste of time. The second time I went, I ordered a chicken biscuit and paid. Then I was informed after that they no longer had any chicken biscuits left. I asked for a refund only to be told by the employee that she doesn't know how to process refunds. I was offered a chicken croissant as a replacement, which ended up being still frozen in the middle. Will never be back at this location again."
