"Schade, dass hier das Gesamtpaket nicht stimmt. Das Essen war wirklich köstlich, aber am Service muss hier noch gearbeitet werden. Als Gast möchte man doch das Allrounderlebnis! Ich hatte einen Tisch reserviert und scheinbar hätte ich einen Kommentar schreiben sollen, dass ich diesen für draussen wünsche. Es war bestes Wetter - für mich war das selbstverständlich aber ich sehe den Punkt ein, dass ich es hätte erwähnen können. Vor Ort wurde mir also ein Tisch drinnen angeboten. Ich fragte höflich, ob es auch möglich sei, einen Tisch draussen zu bekommen. Daraufhin eine super pampige Antwort... was ich mir denn denke, ich hätte schliesslich für drinnen reserviert. O-Ton "woher soll ich denn riechen, dass sie draussen sitzen wollen???". Da war ich baff. Reservierung hin oder her - es ist nun wohl erlaubt zu fragen & ich erwarte hier auch eine angemessene Antwort. Die Dame (ihre Vorgesetzte?) hat später auch ihre Kollegen in der Nähe von Gästen angefahren. Ich habe selbst jahrelang während des Studiums in der Gastronomie gearbeitet: das ist ein absolutes No-go. 2 Sterne für den Service gibt es trotzdem, denn andere Servicekräfte waren nett und retten der Klostermühle das Gesicht."

"Einer Weiterempfehlung zu Folge sind wir auf dieses Lokal gekommen. Etwas versteckt in einem Hinterhof hätten wir es ohne diese Empfehlung wahrscheinlich nicht gefunden und auch in dem eher kleinen Ort nicht vermutet. Umso überraschter ist man nach dem Besuch dieses Geheimtipps. Eine Pizza an deren Perfektion vielleicht ein MÜ fehlt, äußerst schmackhafte und reichliche Fleischgerichte und ein super gezapftes "Licher" machten den Besuch zu einem Erlebnis. Auch der freundliche Service un die zivilen Preise werden dafür sorgen das dies nicht der letzte war."
