"This evaluation is to be reflected only by the service of kayla. their maintenance was not considered to be one that should manage a food service facility. I asked for my family and I to be brought to another table for the limited space of the table. she informed me that the only reason she gave us another table was because the next session was a party of two and the little table would be good for her. she went out of her to advise me, it wasn't because I asked her or that she could take care of everything that we had enough space for our eating at the table. my man keks and gravy came cold and he ordered additional food not to complain. kayla came to the table and asked if he wanted her to heat up the command. no apologies or anything, and who wants someone to be stuck in the microwave instead of asking if he wanted them to make the order new. someone has to tell her about the customer service and send her back through the training. our waitress was brilliant. besides the manager the restaurant was a thumb. will find if kayla is there before it eats again."

"I really enjoy Konoba. During the week it is not busy which is a welcome change from all the noisy crowded restaurants in Huntington Village. The food is very good. Some dishes are outstanding. We love the fried artichoke app, the pizza is great. The issue is that when we were there on a Thursday night, the waitress was also the bartender. She was terrific and did her best but really??? The owner should be ashamed of himself. She didn't complain and was trying hard but to ask one person to cover an entire restaurant plus make the drinks is not right. Its a good thing the place wasn't busy on the night we went. I realize restaurants have hiring issues but the owner showed up half way through the evening. He should have been there the entire time and tended his bar in my opinion."

"Very bad quality sushi and chirashi. visited with my wife children ordered sushi, chirashi and udon. fish was not fresh for syahi and not so many fish species. chirashi was very bad quality even price was $25. aborted chirashi order. udon was typical Chinese style suppe not Japanese style suppe. if you want a good Japanese restaurant with quality, then you will find another place. Sushi cook was crazy when I canceled Chirashi order. he thinks better to improve more quality instead. this is my recommendation. the waitress was very nice."

"Arrived on a Saturday afternoon around 230p and was seated outside under a tent, they gave us a menu w just bfast items. We asked if they were serving lunch bc we didn't want bfast and their online menu had lunch choices but they said no, so we were going to leave but someone came up to us and said we could order off the online menu, glad we stayed bc the food was delicious, we had a great server, young man who was so nice. Dessert was good too. Restaurant on main road but right past Restaurant is their parking, a bit tight but had ample parking. We'll be back!"
