"Wir waren im Restaurant zum Essen gegangen, weil das für uns bekannte Restaurant in Trin Mulin wegen Umbau leider geschlossen war.Das Restaurant war fast leer und wir würden freundlich begrüßt. Auch die Bestellung wurde schnell aufgenommen. Mit anderen Worten über die Bedienung gibt es nichts negatives zu berichten.Dafür aber über das Essen. Wir hatten uns alle für einen Salat als Vorspeise entschieden. Diesen gab es dann in unterschiedlichen Ausführung. Bei einem war der Salat recht farblos, dort gab es auf dem Teller nur die fast weißen Blätter ohne die bei den Anderen beigelegten Tomaten.Das Hauptessen war sehr unterschiedlich in der Qualität. Teilweise sehr schmackhaft, teilweise zu stark getoastet.Unser Fazit: Hoffentlich ist zum nächsten Besuch im Ort wieder das altbekannte Restaurant geöffnet."

"My friend and I have been going to Flims for over seven years (see my reviews of Hotel Cresta , and each year, one of the highlights is an excursion to the Bargis Tal. This is certainly one of the most peaceful and beautiful little valleys in all of Switzerland! The restaurant is plain and has a small menu, but the food that we order is always hot, served promptly, and quite delicious. We have the same thing every year soup, rosti, and a homemade dessert (for me! . Make sure to take a nice walk either before or after your meal. If you are so inclined you can climb the Flimser Stein and hike across the mountain and descend the other side. Or you can just circle the little valley itself. Quiet, beautiful, so appealing! You can also hike, or bike up to Bargis, but the easiest is the bus. For people staying in the village, you can use the free shuttle, but be aware that you have to pay to go back down! (I really don't understand this, but it is not expensive less than 5 ChF. Bottom line? Do not miss Bargis!!"

"Disastrous reception by the owner. Were probably not welcome, the main thing was booked! Holding the key in your hand, go to the first floor, the last door on the left! Dirty, unkempt appearance! Totally impersonal, no reference to guests. Luckily there was the German, courteous waiter who took over the tense situation and led us to the room. Room very clean, comfortable bed with pillows and blankets! We had to pay everything in advance, no statement at the end, as is usually the case (daily statement)! I've never experienced it. Based on the experience, the first time on vacation no tip given (at least 40 years of vacation). no more eggs for the 3 minute egg Replaced items at the open buffet only upon request. No commitment from the hostess to see if everything is still there for the guests. The set, used dishes at breakfast for all guests were only cleared from the tables at the end, hence the many flies. For normal hotel guests only sliced bread, for well known Weggli and other pastries. The staff had no knowledge of German at all. Dinner: Capuns excellent and highly recommended, the second meal side dish Rösti not browned at all, the taste of bought Rösti. (reason, the oven is not working properly) No possibility to check in by car in front of the entrance. Only possible from the parking lot in 200m, not 50 meters away."

"Wir waren heute das erste Mal seit dem Besitzerwechsel im Restaurant auf Besuch. Erster Eindruck sehr gut. Die Bedienung ist einheimisch und sehr speditiv. Die Menuekarte schlank und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Wir hatten leckere Tapas aus lokalen Spezialitäten. Einfach göttlich und das Brot welches dazu serviert wurde frisch und luftig. Wir kommen wieder."
