"Piridesi was an accidental find, but one of the top chicken places I have been to. I ordered the chicken platter which came with a full chicken on a bed of fries, wings, coleslaw, salad and drinks. Its enough for 2 people or 2 and a child. The chicken in steamed and grilled to perfection and topped with a sauce of your choice from herby to extra hot abit like nandos . I went for extra hot, I had a headache afterwards! haha but it was really good. Services is excellent with waiters around if you need anything,...like COLD WATER and tissues! Theres a sink to wash your hands ...and in my case face! Tables are big and solid, good layout and not cramped. It can get busy but the atmosphere is great so don't mind waiting! So many other dishes to choose from but ive been here 4 times now and still get the platter! Since my last visit I think the chickens have got abit smaller but portion wise it is still good value for money and I will keep going when I am in Oldham"
