"We are fortunate to have such an awesome place just a few minutes from the job. This will be my new spot for team luncheons and anniversaries. Everything went great for my first visit. Placed order online, food ready and on time, order was complete with nothing missing and food was simply delicious. Menu has something for everyone. Lunch portions were generous. "We are westsiders doing adult business on the east side and we got hungry. Used our Yelp app and Munch was at the top of the list. With a vegan daughter, we had to give it a try. We were pleasantly met at the door, being first timers, we stood out like a sore thumb. Our hostess/server explained the system and we were offered samples of their soups of the day. My partner asked about the chicken salad and we got to sample that as well. I ordered the turkey melt, which is roasted on site. She had the chicken salad. Of course we did splitzies. Both sandwiches top notch. They also offered fresh green and black teas with fresh lemonade. I highly recommend Munch to all!"

"Flour catered our wedding. Matt Mytro was amazing in working with us to plan the menu and the food was delicious. We had some dietary restrictions and he helped us decide on things that worked for us, even developing new vegan dishes for our menu. He was open to new ideas and had great communication throughout the process. The catering manager, Caitlin Jeffries, however was not so good to work with. There was little communication, including inaccuracies as late as the day of the wedding. This added unnecessary stress to our day. Previous arrangements were often forgotten and invoices were wrong. She seemed unsure of the deadlines that were quoted in our contract."

"First, we were denied a booth because they needed it for another party. Two hours later, the booth was still empty. The second glitch was when my wife ordered halibut and minutes later, The waitress came back to the table and said that the halibut that they had left was “not up to par.” Well we appreciated her honesty, the extended timeframe was a bit disconcerting. The food that we did get tasted wonderful, but the overall experience was tainted by the lack of accommodations and slow service"
