"What a difference a week makes..ordered takeout Christmas Eve...I expected things to be busy...but my order was completed on time and the pizza was excellent...fast forward to Thursday...whole different crew....got attitude, disinterested employees that couldn't care less if I was a customer. I will likely go there again..just not on Thursday evening..."

"A little busy when we were there, but the waiting chicken was absolutely delicious crispy skin with beautiful juicy meat a good salad bar and the pizza was also good. Every time something went out, it was almost immediately refilled. Not a very large buffet, but a good size and what it lacks in size, make them more important in my book. Once again everything was absolutely delicious"

"We ordered delivery and it was a smooth process. Open the box and below is what we get. It was also the wrong pizza! You switched our order with someone else. I called and sat in the wait for a while, but the manager was friendly and said they made the actual pizza we ordered. After that, pizza was delivered quite quickly. Pizza is good and would get it back. Probably no longer will order the delivery."

"Great little place to sit enjoy a freshly prepared meal! These guys were nice enough to offer me a free personal pizza that was amazing! You begin by choosing the size of your cake, the type of dough, type of sauce, type of cheese, type of meat, type of vegetables and go one step further with the Firenza finishes! Your staff were very friendly and professional. They offered suggestions and recommendations to complete my perfect meal. To go with this amazing cake, I ordered two different types of their oven baked wings. I recommend the Caribbean jerk wings as they were packed with all kinds of taste! I plan to visit this beautiful establishment again this weekend with my children and fiancées. Many things to my long-time friend Janice May Cole to take me to Firenza!! "Ordered last a week and a half ago. Waited an hour and a half for the app to even update- went from prepping order to out for delivery all within seconds. When we finally got our order, after almost 2 hours, it looked like it had been made at least an hour prior. The cheese had turned that yellow color it changes to when it sits out or under a heat lamp for too long. Disgusting. I'll NEVER order from this location again."
