"Your waiting times for DoorDash orders are somewhat ridiculous. I was three times in this place and the first time I let go because it was my last order of the day and I had nothing to wait for. I waited for 10 minutes. The second and third time it was in the middle of the day and I couldn't afford to sit there and waste over 10 minutes of my time. I can understand when drivers come there and you pack an order, but it seems when we arrive, they hardly begin to cook it or something that defeats the purpose of us to just sit there. I can't advise other drivers what is an acceptable waiting time for picking up orders, because this is everyone for themselves, but as for me, I avoid making deliveries from here."

I work in an office near and I usually love all Alberto’s. but every time I come to this, I met with a attitude that feels like I'm disturbing her. they constantly get my order wrong and eating is in the regular dry. today, when I was told that it was guacamole on the torta, it came with 3 small discs of avacado. That was my last time."
