"It was raining like hell, we were hungry and we stopped next to Trattoria al Pescatore, next to a channel with many boats moored, and we didn´t look any further. Bingo!!! The food was excellent, specially the two dishes of pasta, although the appetizer of mussels were good too. One of them was spaghetti alle vongole (clams) and the other spaghetti fasolari (with some kind of a ragoo of seafood). We have eaten in hundreds of Italian restaurants all over the world, and many of them in Italy, but we have never tasted anything close to those two dishes of pasta al dente and with a flavor of clams and seafood that we have never tasted before. Te place is not fancy at all, doesn 't pretend to be either, but the service was excellent and the guys coudn´t be more friendly. The price was ok -45 euros with a little wine, water and coffee-. If you ask me, it was an excellent investment. If you like pasta and seafood together don 't miss this place, it is definitely worth the trip to Grado."

"This is my first comment, I have never written bad reviews about food. Unfortunately, many restaurants in Grado were closed and we had to go somewhere else. We went to this cafe. I associate Italy with something tasty and sophisticated, but after this cafe everything changed. The three of us ordered: 1. mussels in tomato sauce, the sauce was delicious, but the mussels were empty, a couple of small pieces, I don’t understand how a restaurant can even serve this, and it’s also located on the sea....2. Spaghetti swam in olive oil with a mountain of garlic, very spicy, It was impossible to eat and the 3rd course was a small fish plate. A couple of squid rings and shrimp in a terrible breading for 12 euros. Expensive and not tasty, I don’t recommend it."
