"This is the worst Pizza Hut in the USA! In general, Pizza Hut has a good product, but this particular Pizza Hut is stupendously bad, when it comes to service. I ordered on line a pizza and bread sticks for delivery at 7:00pm. Within 15 minutes, I received a text that my order was out for delivery. two hours later, it still wasn 't delivered. I called on the phone several times. I called six times. Twice , the call was answered, but they said they were only handling pick up orders; then they hung up on me. The other 4 calls were unanswered. Since I had already been charged $36, I drove to the Pizza Hut and asked for my pizza. The multi-pierced, incompetent, employee opened the warming oven and gave me my pizza and breadsticks. She was very rude, and would not give me her name. When I got home, the pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard. They charged me $7 for the tip, even though I asked it be refunded. Probably because I 'm old, I forgot that about a year ago, this exact same thing happened to me at this same worthless pizza hut! Sorry Pizza Hut; you make good pizzas, but this Pizza Hut, on John J Delaney Dr, in Charlotte, NC has convinced me to avoid all Pizza Huts!"
