"I can't say enough about Crosby, but I'll do my best to blame them. First and foremost, the quality of seafood they offer is phenomenal, with their selection fluctuating on the basis of boats. From fillet to whole fish, mussels to shrimps you can create a feast for a king. In a week I enjoyed: mussels, shells, shrimps (they were huge! , scallops, groupers, halibut, wahoo, Snapper, mahi mahi, Jacks, and a few more. It's amazing. Secondly, customer service is fantastic. Whether cutting a small piece, discuss different preparation ideas, or inform what the boat will bring later, they treat you like a friend, not just a customer. My review doesn't make them fair, but be assured: you won't be disappointed by their quality, choice or service of seafood."

"A true low country seafood experience. Okay, do not drive your low sitting car such as my Fiat Spider in to the place, but the food was great and the prices were very reasonable. A must do if you are in the Charleston or Folly Beach area."

"The atmosphere is great! We loved the view. The service was slow and got walked by multiple time and finally had to say something. We finally got our food and it was cold. We revisited and the same thing happened. I’m hoping it was just due tothe lack of staffing."

"We enjoyed our meal at Bowens Island Restaurant for the last meal of our visit to Charleston. With so many upscale restaurants in the city, we were grateful to have a casual meal on the water, strangely rare to find in the city. The food was good, but let's be honest again for the atmosphere and the sunset. The food came out quite quickly and was decent. The pommes were a bit cold and everything cost a little more than it had to be, but the tourist tax was in full effect and once the sun puts you worth your money. Our menu favs oysters, cooked shrimps, hush puppies"
