"I heard good reviews and thought I would try them. I love the size but they taste like bread and all the toppings are too too sweet. I did not taste layers of flavors just sugar. The Samoa was coconut mush. The coconut is supposed to be toasted. I ordered the day before for 7 am. I showed up 19 minutes late and was told I had to wait. I thought ordering the day before and pre-paying would have my order ready when I arrived. I gave them 3 because I like the size, packaging and presentation. I normally go to a place that is twice as much but I would rather pay their prices for premium products."

"The bakery was by far the best part. For $16 to the meal easily feed us 2 adults. I was disappointed that they would take perfectly hot food, and put it on incredibly cold plates. Within 2-3 minutes the entire meal was cold. It's not hard getting a plate warmer. I got a water cup, and the water from their machine was straight tap water. If I knew I was going to be eating cold food, and drinking tap water, I would have gone somewhere else. I hope they can fix these changes."

"The lady taking orders at the window was on her phone the entire time and can't get an order right. when I went back to confront the manager she did not like what I was telling the manager then threatened me and refused to give me my money back. if you're planning to go to this location I wouldn't the manager does absolutely nothing for the customer. and if anybody from corporate sees this I would really love for y'all to reach out to me and I can give you the play-by-play and y'all can go back and look at your cameras. this is by far the worst service I have ever received at any restaurants"
