"So fun. Not the same chuck e cheese when I was younger, but still so much fun. They are having a revamp this summer so that will be good. I had my 3 yr old baby girls birthday here just last month! Great staff and the prizes were a good selection. Also good deals on birthday party packages. Can't go wrong with their pizza either. Didnt have to worry about cleaning or decorating! Very memorable. We'll be back soon!"

"I really wanted to love this place based on all the reviews I have heard from others .... however I honestly just couldn 't. We were there recently on a busy weekend. Our server was very nice but other than that, she was very slow painfully slow. The plate of clams had at least 5 or 6 clams that were just empty shells and nothing in them total disappointment. All of our dishes were underwhelming and the prices were high. Well drinks $9? Maybe we 'll try again in the future ? :"

"Customer Complaint General Advice to future customer's Location: 2421 SOUTH UNION AVE TACOMA, WA 98405 (253) 572 1800 Time Order Was Placed: 4:28pm Pacific Time Date Order Was Placed: 1 26 2024 Transaction Reference : 275987306 Summary: Tonight was an exceptionally horrible experience at this location. I had placed an order online keeping in mind the time, and attempting to use the Little Ceasars Pizza portal for ease of use. The customer service is very poor, they don't actually provide customer service here, just forced interactions. Additionally, the language barrier has proven problematic as while I was waiting for my order, every person that arrived had trouble understanding and communicating to this locations team members. My online order was made incorrectly not once, but twice which was a simple order a cheese pizza and some crazy bread sticks. If you are looking for a quick meal, please do yourselves a favor and do NOT visit this location. The quality of food you expect from this franchise is absent from this location and myself being a long time customer, this is probably the single worst location I've ever been to hands down.
