"The ambience is amaxing. The waitresses are phenomenal, the always smiled and were kind to this non-German speaking customer. I came here when I first got to town and ordered the sauerbraten. It was mediocre, good flavor but too tough. I was surprised, since I...had read good reviews. Decided to give them another try before leaving town. So glad I did. The pork shoulder was delicious. The top was crusted (like pork rinds) and the meat was fall-off-the-bone tender. I chose potatoe salad instead of the dumpling, and so glad I did.. Definitely recommend this place... not for the sauerbraten, but for the pork shoulder."
