"Decent chip shop at the entrance of the pier, which a caffe in times past, with good size indoor dining area and limited external seats. the food quality and the service is good and clean and tidy everywhere. Traditional Chippy menu with various meal options, children's menu available, and a selection of hot cold drinks, everything to take off or eat. the excellent view alone from satt inside along paignton at the sea in the direction to the harbour are recommended to eat here!"

"They must come here when they visit torquay, the best seafood I have ever tried, and the mussel sauce is to die. service was brilliant, friendly staff and happy to ask, and give recommendations. creme brulee to finish was the cherry on a very tasty cake. beautiful restaurant layout and scenic view cannot wait to try again, thank you for a beautiful evening."

"On our last day on holiday in Devon we wanted a good fish and chips lunch. Looked at several restaurants before deciding on the Sea Bank. It was a gorgeous day and many people were eating outside on the terrace, but we opted for inside....The cafe was spotlessly clean, bright and inviting. Service was friendly and very efficient. The fish and chips were fantastic. Large piece of fish , perfectly cooked, in lovely light crispy batter, a good portion of proper chips not soggy, not hard, not dry inside but just exactly right. The view across Torbay wasn't bad, either. If we had been staying longer we would most definitely have gone back."

"Most of the staff are lovely but I feel bad for anyone who has to work for this owner, nasty piece of work who made me feel uncomfortable from the moment I walked in the door. There’s much nicer places to go than this in Paignton so you’re better off spending your money elsewhere."
