"Der letzte Besuch war ein Desaster. Die Bedienungen an der Kasse waren mit dem Kundenansturm total überfordert. Auch in der einsehbaren Küche war nur Chaos zu sehen. Bestellt wurde ein Royal Käse Sparmenü. Der Royal Käse kam aus der Rutschbahn (zu alt) was schon oft zu reklamationen führte (Die lernens einfach nicht oder warten auf den Kunden, der nicht reklamiert). DIe Pommes wurden noch einmal in der Ablage gedreht und gesalzen (wie oft schon vorher ?). Leider wurde der Getränkeautomat im Kundenbereich (free refill) schon seit langem beseitigt (sehr kundenfreundlich !).Nach dem Setzen wurden die Pommes und der Royal Käse in Angriff genommen. Leider war der Burger wieder einmal kalt, also Reklamation an der Theke, ein "heisser" Burger aus der Küche wurde von mir verlangt. Wieder zurück an den Pommes waren die natürlich auch schon kälter und kaum noch ok, aber was solls, der Hunger treibts rein. Nach 2 Minuten sind die Pommes ungeniesbar, da zu kalt.Nach 5 Minuten kam der neue Royal Käse, leichte Euphorie bis zum ersten Biss. Dann die Ernüchterung, ebenfalls nicht richtig warm, eher so lau.Mir hat es dann gereicht, schnell raus aus diesem Saftladen, auf weitere Diskussionen wollte ich mich nicht einlassen. Wenn diese Firma für diese "sauteuren" Preise so eine Qualität liefert, ist die Niedergang nahe.Die Qualität der M Filialen hat sich über die Zeit stark verschlechtert. Immer kleinere Portionen für immer mehr Geld (Gewinnmaximierung). Die Qualität der Produkte geht gegen Null, die Preise durchschlagen die Decke. Alleine die Umstellung der Saucen brachte eine Qualitätsminderung, die nicht zu verantworten war. War doch M egal. Hier wird massiv am Kunden vorbeigeplant, ein Feedback im Restaurant wäre einfach mit Karten zum Ankreuzen zu realisierten. Die Kommentare im Netz spiegeln jedoch den katastrophalen Zustand des M Konzerns wieder. Hier kann nur ein Beukot helfen.Es gibt auch Hamburger Bratereien mit sehr guten Bewertungen.M ist das nicht !"
