"This is a good location to visit, a little small, but still a nice place to drink a cup of coffee and read the paper. The staff is always friendly and there is outdoor seating, which is nice before the sun starts beating down. I bring my son here ever so often to get a breakfast sandwich before school. He would recommend the double-smoked bacon, cheddar and egg sandwich. I would recommend the spinach feta breakfast wrap. I have one issue though with the breakfast sandwiches, and it is not the staffs fault. When my son gets his breakfast sandwich, it is almost always cold (almost frozen) in the middle. I have sent the sandwich back to request additional warming, which the staff has obliged and still the middle is cold sometimes. This is an issue that Starbucks needs to address."

"A couple of weeks ago Mike (the new owner) was selling coffee at the Downtown Growers Market. My wife decided to get a white chocolate mocha and was in total bliss. I am personally an avid connoisseur of white mochas and I 'd have to say his is the best in town. Do yourself a favor and get one from his Cafe 'Downtown Java Joe 's '. Oh and the food is great there too. Mike was even kind enough to share his knowledge in coffee and espresso machines with me. I have no doubt that this business has been passed onto a person who is worthy of being the new owner."
