"Came here because la hacienda down the street had an hour wait, and we were in a hurry. The food took 40 minutes to come out after we ordered, which was weird because there weren't many other people here. Ordered the beef street tacos. Beans and rice. The beans tasted like a can of black beans with cheese melted, the rice was like dry uncle Ben's rice with little seasoning. The tacos were not good. I could only eat a couple bites, the meat wasn't seasoned well and there was a lot of gristle. The waitress didn't pay any mind that nobody really ate their food, maybe that's the norm. I usually spend about $12-13 at La Hacienda, this was $17. I honestly am still in disbelief of the experience. Do yourself a favor and go to La Hacienda instead, their food is always amazing."

"I ordered the sweet pork burrito enchilada style and it was AMAZING! There was plenty of meat, rice, and beans in the burrito. Along with some incredible sauce off of the sweet pork. It was smothered in sauce and cheese. The taste was to die for! I will definitely order again! Cafe Rio is one of my faves!"

"One of the worst qualities of food I?ve ever received and I never would have expected it from Cafe Rio. Never ordering from the company again. My husband and I both ordered via Grubhub the food arrived super fast which was nice because I thought that would mean the food would be fresh and warm. Not only did it somehow arrive cold, but we also received half size portions of our food. This is all the meat and rice and beans? I don?t even then there is beans in this and this is the amount of lettuce. The only thing that I think came with the proper amount of portion was the dressing. My husbands burrito was also half the size it should have been. Skimped out so bad that I was worried if we received someone else?s order for a minute"

"The Good. Portions are huge. Foods not terribly expensive. Kids devoured dinner. Mom got Tamalies she enjoyed. The Bad. Mine was almost crisp on the end but doh in the middle. The meat was almost like canned dog food. Next to no flavor but the texture. Not that I've eaten that much dog food. Tacos we got meat was super dry and tasted old as well. So maybe if you dine in. Had take out. Probably will not go back."

"Today I write this 5/5 review for unusual reasons. I am here at 5:00 and ordered my food. I came home and found I was missing an article. I really wanted my Taco so called and spoke with a very friendly understanding employee who said that no problem came back and we're taking care of the problem. Now I went back and was surprised not only to have them ready for me, but they gave me 2 extra tacos and some cinnamon twist!! Thanks, guys, made my night a little easier!"
