"I have had to use this maccas five times now. Not once has the service been adequate let alone good! Choose fine in and get coffees in a takeaway cup...no location things by the kiosks, call you for your burger as if your...taking it away! Most times you can't hear them call anyway because the music is too loud. Your not eating in a nice atmosphere it's like a bloody disco. The staff on the whole are very lacking in terms of care and thought for the customer. If this was my franchise I would be sacking the management for sure. If the management is in fact the franchisee then all I can say is STOP playing around and get some control and standards in place!!!"

"QUICK, FRIENDLY AND CHARGING STATIONS! What I loved about this Maccas.... fast service being greeted as soon as we arrived the charging stations (very clever) the coffee the light, bright cafe the efficiency of the staff and how they took pride with what they were doing IT WAS CLEAN! You could eat off the flooring the restaurant area Staff member Hannah was incredibly accommodating and helpful. 5 stars to you!!! HOWEVER...... The toilets were a let down... very difficult to open the doors for anyone in a wheelchair as they were so heavy I don’t know about the mens, but the ladies toilet was TINY! There was no way someone could wait for the toilet to be free. They would have to wait outside. The ladies toilet had not been cleaned in a long while and was a complete contrast to the outside area of the restaurant There was only one single, small toilet in the ladies RECOMMEND?? Yes! Definitely come back for the staff and service. Thanks guys you rock!"

"Shabby and Grubby. As mentioned by other reviewers the Tea Rooms are quaint but extremely run down and in desperate need of some maintenance and serious elbow grease. While the old building and exposed floorboards and decor looks charming at a distance up close it unfortunately looks shabby and dirty. The food is average and unexciting but it's the service that is pretty poor; our party had to ask for a high chair to be bought to the table no less than half a dozen times in a half empty restaurant (only to have to clean it ourselves when it arrived) and only half the food came out initially and remainder was around 20 minutes later when half our party was virtually finished eating. Wouldn't recommend at all, heaps of better options around this area."
