"I ordered some food for a patriots game and had it delivered. The food was delivered via Doordash and came in a reasonable amount of time, however they forgot to put my salad in the bag, and I didn't get it. I called about the salad and had to gopick it up. I asked if they price of the salad could be refunded since the whole reason I spent an extra 15 dollars on the foodwas because I wanted it delivered. I was told they could only refund the tip. Yes, they wanted to take the money from thedoordash worker even though it was papa ginos that messed up. I obviously declined, but It's safe to say I won't order deliveryfrom them again. Though to be fair, the food was still good. EDIT: Reached out and their customer service refunded the saladand delivery fee as well as gave me a credit towards a future order. Was also told management will know how to handle situationslike these better in the future. Thank you."

"This is the best bakery in RI! I ordered a strawberry shortcake for a party of 25. It was delicious! Incredably light, everyone asked where it came from. Do you know how hard it is to find a bakery that makes a strawberry shortcake birthday cake? They make it in any size. I believe the cake they use is called Silver pound it looks like they use pans that are shaped at the edges like lady fingers its nice light with lots of cream with just enough strawberry filling that the cake stays together perfectly. They deserve more than 5 stars the price you can't beat the prices for such quality."

"Terrible eating. my man could not find the place, but he was regrettable. the chicken chow I ordered was unusable. the white rice was like glue, and wobbles had gone bad, along with something that had hard parts. my God! my son ordered the sweet and sour chicken and was not impressed. the sweet and acidic sauce (or it was hard to say it was runny like water and tasted like orange koolaid. large. my man had the bark and broccoli combo and told me the bark was almost gooey. no idea what could cause gooey bark. the egg rolls had a mysterious ingredient. nutmeg? allspice? whatever it was, it made my son and I spit it out after a bite. I'm not a picky dinner, but a line has to be pulled somewhere. this line is golden bowl. don't waste your money."
