"Positive is location and lovely staff. Negative is the pool area and dining area. Needs a major refurbishment. Dressing room was very dirty and overall it’s not up to standard. Rooms are fine. Food was only ok, had curry, was only just ok with horrible shop bought naan bread, shame when you think homemade naan bread can be done with 2 ingredients. Also I personally found the bar/dining area so cold and not inviting. The lighting is terrible. All in all. Very disappointing as it has huge potential. Even the entrance could do with a deep clean."
