"We went to Floreat forum to get some grocery but prior to that we are hungry. I can’t wait till I got home to have dinner. Hence, we walked around the area to check out what’s available. There was a new restaurant in the vicinity! We are so happy that Floreat forum had become more diverse in their food selection. A Thai restaurant!We walked into this restaurant to check out their menu and it seemed to be reasonable priced hence we tried. It was a Thursday night and there were a lot of people in the restaurant. We got a spot next to the open kitchen. The interior is nice and clean. We ordered the Pad Thai and "KOONG OB WOONSEN" Prawns baked in Clay pot with glass noodle, Ginger, Sliced pork belly, Shallot, Celery and Lemongrass. It tasted amazing! We will absolutely go back to this restaurant again. It will be our go to thai place in the local area."
The restaurant also offers the possibility to sit outside and eat and drink in nice weather, And into the accessible rooms also come clientele with wheelchairs or physical disabilities.

"This is the second time ive been dissappointed with their service... first time was about 3 months ago.. left us at a table an forgot about us(we didnt sit at the where you can order on the ipad) so we left.. second time (may 2021).. we sat at the counter... i ordered a ramen... meanwhile my son just chosen things from the food train... we waited and waited... and waited for my food.... then we just left.. they didnt explain, its just the usual bad service im use to in Perth.. Now the food...its ordinary, nothing to write home about....i dont get it, these little parcels, looks cute, but let face it, you're paying mostly for white rice and little slivers of fish, avocado and a piece of seaweed, ...i saw cornflakes sprickled on top of on sushi...yup.. if you think this is a good japanese place , its because you havent been to a really good one, you probably wont find one in dullsville though. I'll stick to Jun, (no sushi) in Hay st Perth... they never forget my order."

"Please note the majority of the reviews here are for the previous business Sue’s Thai Kitchen, as is the overall rating. I believe it is misleading to take credit for the previous owner’s good reputation. I am a regular to Woodlands Shopping Centre and enjoy Thai food. However every time I visit I see the owner of Time 4 Thai standing in his doorway smoking. This is extremely off-putting. Worst still, I have seen him on several occasions flicking his cigarette butts into the drain. If you have to smoke please do it away from the doorway and dispose of your cigarettes correctly. I have just read the other most recent reviews and absolutely agree with the customer comments. It’s a pity the owner doesn’t take on board the feedback, instead he seems to resort to belittling and insults. I’m a big advocate on supporting local businesses that provide quality service and respect their customers. I hope things change and am prepared to increase the rating if there is improvement."
