"The prices are slightly more expensive than other eateries in the area and yet it provides the service and atmosphere of a very cheap place.There was no menu for either food or drink and we were offered some poor wine which looked like it had been in the cupboard for ages. We had no idea how much we were paying until the bill came. We were offered a "special" meal of starter then veal, but when the bill came we were charged for each course so could have chosen one or the other. This was not made clear to us, although that may have been a language problem.The cheese salad starter had hardly any cheese and was smothered in what tasted like very cheap dressing which made the whole thing taste bitter. The main course was very good, though, and both courses were presented very well.We had to wait for ages to be served as the patron was having a laugh with the locals.Don't go unless you have to - ie if the other restaurants in the area are closed."

"I had to quickly get lunch before going back to work, so I decided to give it a go knowing it was five minutes distant. I ordered a pizza with no cheese as there were no better vegan options offered. The size was more than enough but it was supposed to be with grilled vegetables and I got it topped with boiled carrots and a few slices of aubergine and courgette. I also asked for chilli oil but it was old. Overall it tasted bland with no salt and had to go and find the waiter before getting it served... never got the chance for a coffee or else as I waited for almost 20 minutes before paying the bill at the cashier. Otherwise friendly staff."
