"We had a Friday dinner following a local recommendation saying this is an excellent restaurant with a very good Bavarian kitchen. The food was good but did not meet our expectations. In fact we had a much better experience at one of the...mountain top restaurants in the Alps a few days before so we could compare apples to apples with a different Bavarian restaurant which had no credentials. Soups were excellent. Vieanse Veal was actually a medium quality Austrian Schnitzzel. The German dumplings were OK but since we had some so much better we couldn 't be too excited. The desert (Apple pie) was also of medium quality."
