"So this was my very first time going to this restaurant. I walked in without really any idea how to order the food, there were three employees working, and I said to them “how does the brisket plate come? , “…. Not one of them looked up or said anything. It looks like they were preparing a big catering order…. so then the young girl finally looked up and I tried to place my order…. and I couldn’t understand what she was saying! When she was asking me what side, I thought she was asking me what size….so I was looking at the menu for about a minute, trying to figure out how to order by weight….she said no “sides”….and then I stood at the cash register to pay for about three minutes, and nobody came over and rang me up or anything so I turned around and walked out of the restaurant. I ate at the dickies in Pinetop about two months ago, and the service and food was phenomenal… I will never come back to this restaurant, and I will tell everybody I know not to! Horrible customer service, as a matter fact, I would ask the owner to pull the camera/security tape and look at the date stamp on this review, and look to see that everything I said was true… Avoid this place!!!"

"I want to write a review for this store. I have lived in Queen Creek for 4 years and I go to this restaurant often. Long story short. My last order I didn?t get a topping on my burrito but I paid for it. I called the store and they told me that the next time I order they wouldn?t charge me. I ordered tonight and I went in to the restaurant to pay and the owner didn?t charge for my whole meal. I really wanted to pay but she declined and gave me my food for free. I highly recommend this Filiberto?s. They will make your order right."
