"Called in for lunch while passing through! Staff were lovely and food was delish!! I would eat a wrap regularly i do have to admit it wasn’t the biggest wrap i have ever been served but the punch of flavour i got on my 1st bite was unreal and packed with filling!! I have to admit hands down the best i have ever eaten and my husbands and kids dinners were all on point as well especially the kids fish i would nearly drive up from armagh my lunch every day lol ..... will b back up this way on our hols next year again so i will defo b back if i dont get up again before schools back on!!"

"Stayed here Sunday 16th July 2017, everything was perfect from start to finish as my partner I got engaged that evening! The hotel played a big part in the weeks leading up to our stay and helped my fiancé with his proposal plans, nothing was too much trouble for Carmel staff, from the perfect room with special touches to the perfect cover stories! Views alone are just breath taking. We had breakfast and dinner which we both thoroughly enjoyed! Cannot wait to return to our favourite place!!"

"Booked into this popular restaurant last Sunday (and that might explain the problem(s)I was first in the door and waiting to be seated when the young lady said ‘I’ll be back in a second’ but she never reappeared. Anyway a different staff member showed us to our table. A member of staff then took our drinks order. Shortly after another asked and we replied that we had ordered,thanks. The same happened twice more and then a different staff member noticed we were sitting without drinks, apologised,and said he would get someone, and shortly after the first young lady reappeared and took our order (again).The food we ordered was awful. The rice looked like it put on the plate with a spade and tasted as bad, and the person who ordered it said he couldn’t find the chicken! (In a chicken and prawn meal). He left most of it. Said it tasted as bad as it looked. The two ladies said their meal was tasteless. My hamburger was good but you can’t really spoil a hamburger.Altogether disappointing."
